An Engineering graduate with over 20 Yrs experience in Medical Equipment Servicing,
Ravinder has most recently been Service Team. Leader (MR, CT and Nuclear) - with Philips Medical Systems, Australia -
working on High Field MR's (Philips's Achieva 3T / 1.5T, Intera1.5T/3T and ACS series). Prior to Philips, Ravinder worked with
Siemens Medical on the AR Series, Somatom CT's (plus 4, Volume Zoom), Balance, Emotion
and with Picker in Nuclear Medicine (XP series and Axis / Iris). Previously Ravinder
also worked with Toshiba Medical and Hitachi Medical in CT and Ultrasound specialities.

Himanshu Gupta - Founding Director
An engineering Post Graduate from IIT Delhi - one of the premier Institutes of India - Himanshu commenced business 15 years ago whilst
undertaking his PhD in Mechanical Engineering. The fledgling medical business, which started from a campus Hostel, has now grown
into a multi-million dollar enterprise. Himanshu has wide experience in equipment sourcing and procurement; international marketing and
networking with clients. Migrated to Australia 4 years ago, he is the founding director of EverX, which bases its head office in Australia
and has a branch office in Japan & other countries.

Devender Singh - Director
An Engineering graduate - with over 13 Yrs experience in medical equipment servicing; plus over 7 years of Network experience -
Devender is also Cisco Certified Internet Expert (CCIE) - one of the most respected certifications amongst the Internet community.
Devender's experience includes: Service Engineer for General X-Ray, Angio/Cardiac, Mammography (DMR, 600T, 700T, 800T etc); CT
(Prospeed Series, Hispeed Series, CTi, LXi/FXi/DXi/NXi Series); and PACS - with GE Medical Systems, Australia. Devender has also
worked with Toshiba Medical CTs and Ultrasounds; and on numerous CT, X-Ray and networking projects.

Sudhir Mishra - Director
A PhD graduate - from the University of Tokyo - Sudhir has driven EverX’s expanding network in Japan and its adjoining territories. Sudhir
has successfully registered EverX's dominance in Japan. At present the company controls a substantial portion of Japan’s second-hand
equipment market and operates as a window to world market for many other operators in the same business. Having resided in Japan for
many years and subsequently mastering the language, Sudhir carefully examines every machine in fine detail whilst in operation before
offering to the world market

Rajni Singh - Human Resources and Accounts Manager
An Arts graduate, Rajni commenced her career, as TV Host programmer, with the television industry in India. Subsequently she moved to
Australia and worked within Local Government. Rajni joined EverX two years ago, as our Human Resources and Accounts Manager and
has become a key member of the team.

Harinder Singh (Tony) - Operations and Logistics Manager
As our Operations and Logistics Manager, Tony’s responsibilities include: designing and implementing warehousing and inventory management systems; physical distribution; facility layout; implementation of logistics technology; efficient distribution of goods throughout Sydney Metro, interstate and looking after all overseas shipments. Tony's daily challenges include leading cross-functional departmental teams for continuous development and improvement. |

Anil Wadhwa – Specialist, Ultrasound & Marketing
An Engineering graduate in Electronics plus Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management and with over 13 Yrs experience in Medical Equipment Servicing, Anil has most recently been associated with the Service Dealership of GE Healthcare in India. He has a vast experience in Ultrasound Equipments & CT Scanners. Anil has also worked with GE Medical Systems in X-Ray and Ultrasound specialty.
